Shipping Policy

We offer free express shipping to the USA and Canada on all orders, with no minimum purchase requirements or exclusions. Orders will be shipped via FedEx and delivered to the address provided at checkout within the USA and Canada.

For USA and Canada all applicable taxes, including sales, import, and export duties, are fully covered by us, ensuring that no additional charges will be incurred by the recipient.

As soon as your order is prepared for the shipment, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your package.

Benefits and risks of a delivery shall pass to you as soon as the delivery has been handed over to the carrier. It remains your responsibility to obtain any insurance that may be appropriate.

All information on availability and delivery times is provided without guarantee and is subject to change at any time. You cannot derive any claims from any delay in delivery. We will notify you of any delays.

You must check delivered products for correctness, completeness and delivery damage immediately upon receipt. Delivery damage, incorrect and incomplete deliveries must be reported in writing (by e-mail and with a photo) within 5 calendar days upon receipt. Damaged or incorrect items may not be used and must be returned in their original condition according to our Return Policy. They must remain in the condition in which they were delivered and returned in accordance with our Return Policy. Returns without prior contact with us will not be processed and are deemed to have been delivered successfully.    

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time.  Changes will be posted on our website and will apply to purchases made after the posting date.

This policy incorporates by reference the Company’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.  To the extent there is a conflict, the Terms of Service shall govern.  You herein agree that as of the first date of use of the Company’s Website or Services, as those terms are defined in the Terms of Service, you have read and agreed to the Terms of Service.
